The following link is to the nomination form for the inaugural PVISD Hall of Fame.  Nominations will be taken until November 20th and the ceremony will be held Friday night, Dec. 20th, during the homecoming festivities. If you are familiar with anyone who meets these standards, we would love your nomination!

• You can only submit 1 person for consideration.
• Submissions are good for two years. If your nominee is not selected, they will be automatically considered the next year.
