Prairie Valley FFA Students Excel at Fort Worth Stock Show

Congratulations to Landry Allan, Case Carpenter, and Chisum Carpenter on a job well done at the Fort Worth Stock Show this year!

Prairie Valley 6th grader Landry Allan left little doubt about his future in the livestock industry as he came away from the Fort Worth Stock Show winning not only his class and division but also Overall Grand Champion Polled Hereford Heifer. 

We look forward to seeing more great accomplishments like this by this young Bulldog!

Chisum Carpenter, a Prairie Valley 6th grader, received third place with his Red Angus heifer in a tough class at the Fort Worth Stock Show. The Prairie Valley Show Team is showing a lot of promise as these young Bulldogs are pushing the boundaries at the major shows.

Prairie Valley sophomore Case Carpenter attended the American Premier Show earning the following placings with his goats:

Reserve Division Yearling Doe

Reserve Overall Percentage Doe

1st place percentage doe 9-12

2nd place fullblood 24-36.
